The Yellow Canary Goldfish is the most popular and commonly kept goldfish in the world. When small, the comet goldfish is great for keeping in an indoor aquarium. Long term, Yellow Canary goldfish have the potential to grow quite large and are ideal for outdoor garden ponds. Yellow Canary goldfish are friendly and very active, and thrive in coldwater community aquaria.

Yellow Canary Goldfish can grow to exceed 12 inches or 30cm as adults. You will need adequate space in your aquarium or pond to accomodate this growth. One fish per 25 litres is a good stocking guideline.
