🐠 Angel Exotix – Return and Refund Policy

 

At Angel Exotix, we take great care to ensure the health, safety, and quality of every fish and product we sell. Our goal is to provide our customers with healthy livestock, reliable aquarium equipment, and a positive shopping experience.

Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.


1. Live Fish & Livestock

Due to the nature of live animals, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any fish, invertebrates, or live plants once they have left our premises.

However, we stand behind the health of our livestock and offer a Live Arrival Guarantee under the following conditions:

  • The fish must be collected promptly upon delivery or pickup.

  • Any issues must be reported within 2 hours of receiving the fish, with clear photos/videos showing the condition of the fish.

  • We will review each case and may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

No refunds will be provided for losses occurring after the fish have been successfully acclimated to your tank or due to improper care or tank conditions.


2. Dry Goods & Equipment

For non-livestock items such as aquariums, filters, lights, or accessories:

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase.

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by a proof of purchase.

  • Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment or as store credit, depending on your preference.

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item was received damaged or faulty.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.


3. Special Orders & Deposits

All special order items or custom tank setups are non-refundable once ordered, as these are procured specifically for you.

Deposits for reserved fish or products are non-refundable, unless Angel Exotix cannot fulfill the order.


4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days. The exact timing may depend on your bank or payment provider.
